The worst part about coming back to your school after you are cleared is that nothing has happened to the child. The parent does not apologize. Sometimes, the administrator has the child write a misspelled note or an insincere apology arranged for the teacher to read or hear. The child may, under the best of circumstances, serve an in school suspension or if attending an out of neighborhood school be made to go back to their assigned neighborhood school.

* Arm contact when both a P.E. teacher and a student reached for a basketball.

* Teacher chased a student 5 times around a classroom so he would not destroy the teacher’s personal property. The teacher grabs the back of the teenager’s neck.

* A teacher placed 3 fingers upon an elementary child’s forehead.

* A football player was demoted from first string to second string offense by the coach. He mistook a kick from another player to be that of the coach.
