Class A Misdemeanor:

1. A fine not to exceed $4,000; 
2. confinement in jail not to exceed     one year;     or
3. both fine and confinement.

Class B Misdemeanor:

1. A fine not to exceed $2,000; 

2. confinement in jail not to exceed 180 days;     or
3. both fine and confinement.

 

Class C Misdemeanor:

Shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $500.
